They say that imitation is the highest form of flattery, and that definitely seems to be what’s going on here with this latest GEL-Lyte III colorway from ASICS. It’s Ronnie Fieg’s classic “Cove” colorway that seems to be the inspiration for this new tropical looking blue colorway, which features a similar shade of turquoise for a portion of its upper, but does go with a darker teal for the rest. Maybe it’s just a coincidence, but either way, this is one new colorway of the GEL-Lyte III for 2016 you won’t want to miss. Arriving now at overseas retailers, be on the lookout for them soon here in the US.
