Japanese retailer BEAMS is teaming up with the iconically head-turning Reebok Instapump Fury silhouette in honor of their 40th anniversary. In a climate where stand-out mismatched color-blockings like Nike’s infamous “What The” series are more than successful releases, this latest “Crazy” edition implements a similar thought process, just in a subtle way. BEAMS utilizes two different shades for the overlay, lining, and heel construction as the right and left foot alternates between either a royal blue or tonal light grey. The difference in color choice per foot mirrors BEAMS’ Reebok collaboration from last year.
