Serena Williams Is Getting Her Own Air Jordan 1

Air Jordan 1 Serena Williams Black Vivid Pink 01

Updated January 30th, 2016: The Air Jordan 1 GG “Serena Williams” released on January 30th, 2017 for $100.

Serena Williams has dominated the world of women’s tennis in the same way that Michael Jordan dominated basketball during his prime, so it shouldn’t come as too big of a surprise that the Nike athlete will be getting her own Air Jordan 1 colorway in the near future. Today we get a first look at the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Serena Williams in a grade school size run, as the familiar colorway of Vivid Pink and Black come together featuring Serena’s signature logo stitched on the heel and tongue. There’s still plenty to look forward to after the Air Jordan 1’s big year in 2016 with classic colorways like the Air Jordan 1 “Royal” slated to make a return in the near future, but what do you think of Serena’s exclusive AJ1 colorway holding down the grade school Jordan line? Check out a preview of the Air Jordan 1 Serena Williams below and stay tuned for an official Release Date right here on Sneaker News.
