The Li-Ning Way of Wade 5 “Birthday” Drops This Saturday

Dwyane Wade turned 35 years young on Tuesday, and even with his current nickname ‘Father Prime’, Wade shows no signs of slowing down as he could potentially be starting in yet another All-Star Game this February. Li-Ning is celebrating his Birthday in style with a brand new Li-Ning Way of Wade 5 “Birthday” colorway slated to release this Saturday, January 21st for $160 USD.

The Li-Ning Way of Wade 5 Birthday features a completely restructured Jacquard woven tooling to allow for more flexibility and ventilation. The unique ‘V’ patterns throughout the Steel Gray upper pays homage to Wade’s 5th Birthday with the brand and his 5th signature model, a pattern that’s also mirrored on the unique traction pattern on the outsole. Premium Metallic Gold mesh hits the tongue for an added pop while a carbon fiber midfoot shank allows for maximum support. This pair will debut this Saturday online at WayofWade.com and will only be in store at The Edition Boutique in Miami, Florida.
