A COMME des Garcons x Nike Air 180 May Release In 2018

Fashion shows are become a much more common platform for designer x shoe collaborations to get a world debut, and during the COMME des Garcons show in Paris, the Japanese fashion label might’ve given us a hint at yet another Air Max collaboration in 2017. Spotted during their show was the Nike Air 180 in several bright colorways that infused heavy neon hues that only pop thanks to the classic shiny mesh. It is unclear if these are special make-ups for the show, upcoming releases, or just GRs masquerading as collaborations. The Nike Air 180 isn’t exactly a “go-to” option for collaborations, as only a handful have been done over the years, so this appearance could also denote a larger scale retro comeback for the running shoe leading up to next year’s Air Max 270 debut.
