Nike Is Releasing Another Original Air Zoom Generation Next Week

LeBron‘s busy flying coast to coast looking for the best pickup runs this offseason, settling on playing with fellow NBA superstars Carmelo Anthony and Kevin Durant in recent Instagram videos. Nike Basketball meanwhile, is hard at work cooking up something special for next week. The Nike Air Zoom Generation will return in the true “First Game” colorway featuring that white leather upper, black mesh, and varsity crimson Swoosh outline that LeBron wore in his first NBA game against the Sacramento Kings back in 2003.

Sole Collector has the first clean images of the 2017 retro Quickstrike offering, and by the looks of things, a few things have changed. The overall quality looks to match the previous Zoom Generation retro for an overall lifestyle upgrade while the chrome heel comes with the standard warning that it will flake over time. The Nike Air Zoom Generation White Black will release on August 26th at select retailers for $175 USD.
