In order to keep up with the ever-changing landscape that is the world of sneakers, ASICS is continuing to modernize some of its classic running retros. Perhaps most notably was the addition of a knit upper to the Gel-Kayano trainer which can be seen here with vibrant teal tones atop a speckled white midsole. This updated model comes equipped with a sock-like ankle for added comfort and slip-on ease as well as a modernized cage overlay replacing the usual side-panel ASICS branding. This fresh adaptation is arriving at overseas stores now, so keep checking local ASICS retailers to see if these end up in the States sometime soon.
