The Nike Air More Uptempo “NYC” Gets Fitted In Yankees “Away” Colors

Nike will paying tribute to some of the most influential cities in sneaker culture with new renditions of the Nike Air More Uptempo, and perhaps no city is more deserving of such a tribute than the Big Apple itself. The Air More Uptempo “NYC” will release as part of a trio of tributes, with the other two colorways going to Chicago and Atlanta. The “NYC” colorway sees the classic silhouette rock a color scheme that bears serious resemblance to the grey and navy uniforms worn by the Bronx Bombers. An impossible-to-miss white “NYC” moniker pops off of the shoes’s tonal grey base. This colorway will drop on December 20th for $180 via the Nike SNKRS app, Nike.com and Nike retailers.
