It fuses Tinker Hatfield’s upper design from 1987 with the lower design from 1990 for a seamless tribute to two of the more iconic Air Max sneakers in history. However, don’t call this a new idea, because Nike toyed with this same formula way back in 1992 in a white leather colorway.
