The Nike Kyrie Low 1 Is Releasing In July

Kyrie Irving’s budding relationship with Nike has resulted in one of the most successful lines of signature shoes in today’s NBA. Through the four iterations of Kyrie’s signature series, the all-world point guard has kept the height of his sneakers uniform, while tinkering with lockdown – whether it be by a conventional lacing system or a strap – and traction on the outsole. Now, the Celtics star and the Swoosh Brand have put their minds together for a low version of the Kyrie 4. While no images of the sneaker currently exist, you can expect that it will sport a similar aesthetic that includes an outsole equipped with a brand new decoupled system as well as shark teeth that protrude onto the midsole.

In May, Forbes revealed a list detailing the best selling sneakers in today’s highly-saturated basketball footwear market, in which Irving finished second behind only LeBron James. The introduction of the Kyrie 4 Low should only increase those numbers and potentially help him reach the top spot. Stay tuned for images as we have them and expect pairs to arrive at Nike Basketball retailers around the globe on July 15th. While you wait for new information, check out our Sneaker Release Dates page for info regarding the latest Nike shoes and more.

Update: The shoe is actually called the Nike Kyrie Low 1. It appears to be a new Low-top series of footwear that will launch every Summer. Read more about the Nike Kyrie Low 1.
