This week’s edition of Top Stories was largely dominated by the Jordan Brand and their preview for all of their Fall 2018 releases. Some of the top picks in their upcoming line include the three-piece “Back To School” pack honoring Melo, Russell Westbrook, and CP3, and the “International Flight” Pack that pays tribute to Michael Jordan’s incredible international reach. As always, Virgil Abloh was in the news, but the most significant new product out of his camp was not Nike this week, it was his two upcoming Louis Vuitton silhouettes. Finally, Puma Hoops had its biggest week maybe ever, signing a plethora of young talent – including the top two picks in the NBA draft, Deandre Ayton and Marvin Bagley – as well as naming Jay Z their head of design. For all that and much more, check out this week’s Top Stories below.
