Tinker Hatfield’s creation known as the Nike Huarache has been one of the most successful retro shoes of the 21st century, continuing its legacy as one of best-selling shoes in the Nike Sportswear catalog. It was the unintentional predecessor to the snug-fit shoe boom if the mid-2010s, which proves that once again Tinker and Nike are far beyond of the curve when it comes to producing footwear ahead of its time. This new iteration of the Huarache leaves the construction of the shoe untouched, but adds some fun details in the miniature Swoosh logo at the fore-foot and the chenille material applications on the tongue logo and the heel bumper.
