COMME des Garcons PLAY x Converse Chuck Taylor “Polka Dot” Is Coming Soon

COMME des Garcons PLAY and Converse’s collaborative Chuck 70 appeared on Nike.com for the first time ever at the tail end of August, surprising and delighting both sneakerheads and CDG lovers around the world. Now, an alternate polka-dot take on the time-honored collaboration is set to release soon, providing a slightly more bold take on the classic collaborative kicks. The new Chucks feature a whimsical polka-dot print, while the large heart peering over the midsole is swapped out for a significantly smaller heart graphic — that’s moved to the lateral heel collar of the high-tops and the lateral midfoot on the low-tops. The two-tone heel strip detailing returns as does the tonal cream midsole, and each shoe is completed with a classic Converse outsole. Proponent of polka dots?
