Up Close With The Air Jordan 18 Retro “Racer Blue”

Inspired by Michael Jordan’s well-documented love for sports cars, the Air Jordan 18 was the final shoe MJ wore on the court during his final season with the Washington Wizards. Over the years, the 18 has been criminally slept on, with releases taking place scarcely. In 2018, the Jumpman has plans to change that as the luxuriously-crafted signature sneaker has already released in two OG colorways, and is ready to be rolled out in three striking suede color schemes later this month. Dressed in Racer Blue, the iteration you see below is quite possibly the hero of the upcoming collection, as it comes adorned in the most wearable colorway of the three. Equipped with its customary removable shroud, its carbon fiber sole unit opts for a cloudy sail hue to provide contract to the otherwise tonal offering.

Metallic hardware and a buttery suede tongue sitting underneath that aforementioned shroud complete this luxe look that will be pulling up to select retailers next weekend, September 15th. Grab another close up look below and head over to Stadium Goods is you simply cannot wait to get your hands on a pair.
