The Nike Air Foamposite One “Habanero” Features New Logo On Tongue And Heel

For the most part this year, only Nike Sportswear selection have been bit by the new logo bug, but now the Swoosh is ready to bring a new feel to the Air Foamposite One. Normally sporting a set of stripes on its tongue and heel loops, this Habanero-colored selection boasts bold NIKE prints in its stead. While the new additions put a greater emphasis on branding, this shoe would not be complete without its signature “1-cent” logo, a clever nod to Penny Hardaway, and an emblem that is often regarded as one of the most revered in the history of the Swoosh. Entirely red Foamposite shells are nothing new to this silhouette, as we have seen a shimmering metallic red iteration and bold varsity red selection in the past, but the version you see here is arguably the most eye catching yet. Outside of its striking crimson makeup, the rest of this Foam ushers in a stark black for contrast on elements the likes of its throat and carbon fiber plate. Grab an official look at the Air Foamposite One “Habanero” below and look forward to its arrival at Nike.com and other Swoosh houses on October 27th.
