Upon initial previews the Mauve 700s received unofficial Kiwi and Avocado nicknames due to its combination of brown and grey layering with a refreshing swathe of green on its chiseled midsole. Yeezy footwear is currently in an interesting place within the sneaker market. All of West’s drops come with a towering level of hype and energy, but the influx of more retail pairs simultaneously decreases the second-hand demand of the product and helps fulfill Kanye’s promise of making Yeezys more readily available to the masses.
