The Nike Air Max NRG “Jacket Pack” Releases On November 13th

The Nike Air Max NRG “Jacket Pack” Releases On November 13th

Nike’s experimentation with materials knows no bounds. From leathers to suedes, from corduroy to Cordura, the Beaverton-based sneaker titans have used a plethora of materials to create new styles of their most iconic silhouettes, and now their latest medley of materials is arriving on the new “Jacket Pack.” Consisting of an Air Max 95 and Air Max 97, the “Jacket Pack” seemingly calls upon two quintessential styles of outerwear for inspiration. The Air Max 95 appears to draw from the rich black leather and metal studs used on motorcycle jackets, with special details like a chromed-out tongue logo, a silver heel stud, and a tweed cotton around the throat. Meanwhile, the Air Max 97 opts for a stylish plethora of orange, green, and purple plaid prints that provide a layered look — a possible nod to traditional hunting jackets and sport coats. Both of these special Air Maxes will release on Nike SNKRS November 13th, with the AM95 retailing for $180 while the AM97 checks in at $190. Check out purchase links and images for both shoes below, and let us know which patterned pair is your personal favorite. Photos via Livestock.
