The Nike Odyssey React Gets A Colorful Floral Makeover

The Nike Odyssey React Gets A Colorful Floral Makeover

Known for its bouncy and soft-yet-responsive feel, Nike’s React cushioning has become immensely popular with runners. Originally introduced on the Epic React Flyknit, it then came to the Odyssey React, a lower-priced shoe that features the same React midsole and a similar shape/design ethos — but trades out the Epic React’s Flyknit upper for a lightweight fabric. The Odyssey React has dropped in a plethora of colors and also served as part of Nike’s annual weather-resistant Shield pack, and now it’s headed in a bold new direction as it’s surfaced with bright floral-printed details. The aforementioned print features a striking mix of flora and fauna that covers the majority of the upper, while a black heel and a white midfoot Swoosh offer touches of contrast. The look is then completed by a full-length white React midsole with small mint green hits. No official release information for these bold runners has been announced yet, but you can enjoy a first look below and expect them to arrive to market in the coming months.
