Michael Le Pattern-heavy kits are seemingly set to be a mainstay within Nike’s 2019 repertoire, as the design teams have show quite a characteristic fondness for the classic Realtree print. While seeing its way onto a series of Air Force 1s and the Air Force 270 Utility previously, Beaverton has translated the more maximalist motif onto the layered upper of the Air Max 97, lining its underlays with the intricate hunting-prepared arrangement. Overlays are more muted to allow for some semblance of balance, while the mostly bold tooling creates visual appeal. Alongside a black matte fabrication comes a textured leather, with bright team orange hits complimenting the camo perfectly along the various branding. Expect to find these hitting official Nike channels and select retailers come February 8th.
