Nike Taps Heron Preston For Two Sets Of The Huarache EDGE

Nike Taps Heron Preston For Two Sets Of The Huarache EDGE

Within the high-end fashion landscape, Heron Preston has surely found his own footing, creating eclectic collections that reflect his own sense of style. Working with notable talents like Virgil Abloh and Kanye West, the multi-faceted artist is now set to continue his collaboration with Nike along the brand new Huarache EDGE. While not his first foray into the Beaverton line-up — with his surprise debut being a pair of Tailwind sunglasses — the designer wanted to operate a bit differently, highlighting instead the new innovations over the icons that many have begun to expect. With the silhouette being an innovative piece of high-tech comfort, the colorway touches on the roots of Preston’s label, adding in colorful branding nods with a bright orange outsole connecting both white and black schemes. While first teased at his runway show in Paris, the collaborative Huarache EDGE is set to make an exclusive US release on Nike.com come February 1st.

Updated February 4th, 2019: The Heron Preston x Nike Huarache EDGE is available now.
