An ominous combo of black and wolf grey tones is used for both the base and the jagged overlays, while a carefully-applied, Seattle Seahawks-esque combo of navy and volt accents on the Swoosh, tongue badge, and heel Air Max unit provide stirring details. A grey lace deubre and grey outsole then complete the look. As most Max Light 2s have opted for brilliant colors and dazzling detailing, this “Thunderstorm” take is a welcome respite for those who’d prefer something just a touch more subtle. If you’re looking to add a pair to your rotation this spring, you can expect them to release at the retailers listed below for $140 USD in the coming weeks, and also glance at a full set of official images while you wait.
