The adidas Yeezy Desert Boot “Oil” Releases On April 20th

It’s set to be a busy month for the adidas Yeezy Desert Boot, as after it was announced that a “Rock” colorway would be releasing on April 13th, it’s now been declared that a US-exclusive “Oil” colorway will be dropping one week later on April 20th. A three-quarter cut hiking silhouette, the Yeezy Desert Boot features an upper that bears some noticeable similarities to the Yeezy 500 thanks to its similarly-styled suede toebox and the oval-shaped overlays that appear on the lacing system. The boots stay true to the adidas Yeezy line’s propensity for earthy color palettes as well, with the “Oil” dressed completely in a rich brown shade that’s accented by a single strip of high-vis reflective material running up the tongue. A ridged outsole with a debossed adidas logo — the shoe’s only outwardly visible piece of branding — then completes the look. As mentioned above, these Yeezy boots will drop via select stateside Trefoil Brand retailers on April 20th, so check a retailer list below to see where you can snag a pair for $200 USD on release day.

Updated September 5th, 2019: The adidas Yeezy Desert Boot “Oil” will restock on September 14th.
