Sneaker News Arriving for the first time since its debut back in the 2000s, the Nike Pegasus 36 is taking on a modified tooling fit for the trail, bringing back some of the original features that made it a staple as well as a few extra hiking-ready modifications. Mesh uppers are informed by enhanced breathability, one which endures throughout any harsh conditions, with durable armaments defending against harsh abrasions. Forefoot cushion as well as the heel don the patented Zoom Air while enlarged lugs maintain a high level of traction despite puddles and various downpours. Design itself is largely lifestyle in true Beaverton fashion, painting its various synthetics in a hi-vis Volt next to a much deeper green, only accenting it with a neutralizing black atop the lining, eyestay, and profile swoosh. A second pair opts for a a bold Nike ACG-style color combo that combines a tan base with yellow, blue, green, and pink accents, ideal for those who would prefer a louder look when they hit the backcountry. Grab a detailed look at both styles below and expect to see both makeups hitting select retailers as well as Nike.com on June 13th.
