What was once speculation is no longer as Hirofumi Kojima of atmos confirms the arrival of a newcomer Air Max 2 Light, a direct descendant to the colorful release that took place a few months ago in April. While colorful iconography finds place here much like the original, its base is heavily tinted down across its haphazard patchwork construction. Swatches of deep black, faded gray, and a few shades in between arrive throughout, poking out from under the same translucent PVC that takes front seat across the model’s overlay shapes. Swooshes as well as Nike Air branding can be seen somewhat more sparing this time around, serving as the only points of color through a spectrum of bright pinks, lime greens, deep oranges. Grab another look at the black variant of atmos’ latest collaboration below and expect a release to be going down very soon.
