The Air Jordan 1 Nova XX ventures out into the uncharted territories of the avant-garde, making up for the many ordinary colorways and toolings with one beaming in its off-kilter methodology. After seeing a “Bred Toe” colorway just yesterday, Beaverton is dosing in a grounding set of neutrals — both a black and white pair — that allows its many details to shine in 100% brightness. Traditional lace units are completely removed, pushed over closer to the lateral side in a fashion asymmetric just as once done by high fashion eccentric Takahiro Miyashita. Utility comes through by way of an ankle-adorned strap, calling to the similarly executed styling of the Air Force 1 High; its face is appropriately emblazoned with a much smaller wings logo with swooshes touched up slightly in their perforated outlines. Grab a detailed look at the two forthcoming pairs below and expect to see them at select retailers and Nike.com.
