The Nike Kyrie 5 “Patrick Star” Releases On August 10th

With the entire cast of Bikini Bottom seeing their own Nike Kyrie 5, it’s Spongebob‘s lovable idiot best friend, Patrick Star, who may ironically have the brightest. No longer under a rock, the pair is a near perfect footwear translation of the TV star’s likeness, with loud pinks arriving throughout its every upper accent. Dotted prints, in connection to his starfish exterior, scatter in perpetuity across with the overlaid eye stay almost mimicking his silhouette. Swooshes outline in darker shade with speckled inners adding notable contrast, sole units don vibrant greens much like his swim trunks, and even the character’s face gleefully rests along the insole. Branding, in the form of the tongue logo and “NIKE” on the heel, contort to the playful typography signature to the series. Be sure to grab a detailed peek at the pair right below and find it rolling out to Nike.com on August 10th.
