Elliot Santiago In the midst of the transitioning from summer to fall, it looks as though Nike is expanding upon its Nike ACG collection to get you laced up for all of your outdoor activity needs. First released back in the late 1980s, the Nike Wildwood ACG quickly gained popularity for its subtle aesthetic and outdoor functionality. This fall, the Beaverton-based brand is slated to release a new version of the sneaker in an all new “Midnight Navy” color way. The low-profile sneaker is dressed in navy tones that comprise the base of the upper, and is then accented with a mixture of olive, black, and court purple tones found throughout the collar lining, lace system, eyelets, and mudguard. A white midsole featuring ACG branding on the side sits atop a full black teeth-like outsole that completes the casual and versatile off-road aesthetic.
