New Balance Brings Back The Made In USA 998 In An OG Colorway

Connoisseurs of the retro-style “dad” shoe look have it good. Despite the variety, there’s no denying what brand is at (or near) the top of the crop and that’s none other than New Balance, the unheralded chief of suede and mesh runners marked with the signature slanted-N logo. Alongside its impressive modernized Sport iterations of the 997 and 574, New Balance is unleashing some familiar issues from 2013 such as this grey, navy, and red 998 – complete with Made In USA craftsmanship. Whether the brand is looking to rekindle the flame from their peak year or simply giving one of their more cherished classics some love, the return of this 998 is certainly a welcome sight.
