As the summer season gradually (and sadly) comes to a close, Converse wants to help you weather the storm with their all new Chuck 70 Gore-Tex Hi – a follow up to their collection that launched nearly a year ago. With a combination of both detail and functionality, this new release is engineered with a minimal black upper equipped with a completely waterproof Gore-Tex material and held together by moisture-wicking laces ready to endure any level of overcast weather. In addition, Gore-Tex branding graces the upper half of the shoe in a large white font adding a bold and in-your-face characteristic. The classic heritage look is continued with a glossy natural white midsole that is accented with a black heel stamp and finished off with a brown outsole. These are available now on Converse.com and select Converse retailers for a retail price of $110.
