Closer Look At Travis Scott’s Air Jordan 6 In Yellow

While loyal legions of fervent fans anxiously await the arrival of his Air Jordan 6s this fall, Travis Scott opted to fan the (la) flames a little bit recently, debuting a brand-new yellow version of the upcoming collaboration on a trip to Monaco. This sneak peek understandably threw the world of sneakers into a veritable frenzy, and now we have our best look at the rare AJ6s yet. The shoe’s mustard hue gives it a look that’s slightly more striking at first glance than the militant ethos put forward by the previously-seen olive pair. Despite this alternate style, all the signature details from the sizable stash pocket on the ankle to the heels split between Nike and Cactus Jack branding return. Pops of bright red are dispersed through the upper, and the throat overlay is constructed of a rough-hewn burlap material. The look is then completed by interwoven high-vis reflective accents and a black/white midsole. These are likely a PE makeup, in the same vein as the brown and purple iterations of the Air Jordan 4 “Cactus Jack” that debuted earlier this year. Therefore, you probably ever won’t see a retail release, but you can check ’em out in detail here, and stay tuned to our Jordan Release Dates page for more info on any and all things Travis Scott.
