Elliot Santiago After joining forces on three tonal colorways of the GEL-Kayano 5 earlier this summer, European retailer GmbH took to Instagram to reveal the second chapter of their collaborative ventures with ASICS. The entirety of the sneaker lends itself to an all white color palette, but it’s the intricate detailing here that take center stage. Equipped with a white mesh base, patent leather mudguards/lateral logos, and translucent midsoles, these low-profile runners inherit the GEL cushioning unit from the GEL-Kayano 360 and feature striking jagged panels sprawled throughout its upper reminiscent of the human spine. The outsoles are constructed with slightly more rigged construction, in addition to the pull tab arriving on the heels for some extra tooling. It’s more than likely that more colorways have yet to be revealed, so stay tuned for more updates we receive regarding its official release.
