Concepts Builds A Pyramid For Nike Kyrie 5 “Orion’s Belt” For In-store Release

Having always shown a knack for creating experiential takeovers to support their releases, Concepts has curated something special for their upcoming Nike Kyrie 5 “Orion’s Belt” collaboration. Just days away from the launch, Concepts has transformed their New York retail location into a midnight Egyptian destination; once indoors, customers immediately get transported to the city of Giza as a pyramid installation ornamented with co-branded symbols from both parties lies firmly in the center of the floor space. Further alluding to the constellational theme of the sneaker release, a strip of blue neon light borders the floor boundaries of the store interior, followed by the brand’s logo shining in the same oceanic hue from the ceiling. And last but not least, with Nets taking on the Knicks in an inter-borough battle on Friday, there’s a chance that Kyrie will lace up the shoes for tip-off. Check out some photos of the space here below, and make a note that the shoes will be releasing on October 26th for $140 USD.
