Michael Le A cause for celebration for fans of ASICS and runners alike, the surprise return of the near iconic GEL-Lyte 3 is met with one of the most vibrant colorways we’ve seen in a long, long while. Likely just one piece to a much larger puzzle in celebration of the silhouette’s revival, the pair pits OG palettes together with the most standout of the bunch being a neon yellow and forest green. The latter takes up the suedes of both the heel wrap and toe cap, surrounding a mesh and leather construction of extremely bright whites; these deviate only by a touch from material to material with black accents by way of the heel molds and inner caging fleshing out a more interesting visual dynamic. Sole units stay the same balancing path complete with a darkened tread while the top line does its own thing as it outfits the signature split tongue in a shimmering finish of the aforementioned yellow.
