Since their founding in 2002, Denmark-based label Wood Wood has continued to grow its rolodex of contacts, previously adding Vans and ASICS to their list of collaborators while more recently taking up business with ellesse and now adidas. Holding close a more minimal style, their surprising choice of silhouette, the Ultra Boost 19, is set to see two simplistic takes on the same frame of design: this involves palettes of quiet simplicity, dying woven uppers in either olive or a smooth cream. The latter, which takes this tonal approach much more seriously, ensures all accents are close along the spectrum, only allowing the tongue and lining to divert by way of a burnt orange. Similarly, the more militaristic alternative opts instead for a much softer brown in compliment with laces and cages contrasting against its forest backdrop through yellows and bright whites respectively. Insole emblazon with speciality multicolor, and the three stripes at the side top with a more in-your-face logo, finishing a two-part pack — plus apparel — readied for release on November 15th.
