Following its successful collaborative ventures with brands GmbH and KITH earlier this year, the ASICS GEL-Kayano 5 has more so been steadily focusing on its GR releases in more recent memory. With each passing month, the runner only seems to keep popping up in a few more makeovers of its own, in addition to occasionally throwing in a hybrid GEL-Kayano 5 360 colorway for good measure. Keeping this trend alive to start off the year of 2020, it’s returning next month in a brand new three-toned offering. Consistent with many of its previous variations, its leather/mesh base takes on a more neutral-toned look, but sprinkles in a subtle mixture of blue and red doses towards the rear and less noticeably just beneath the laces on the lower throat regions. Whether you need a new pair to run in are simply need another lifestyle runner to add to your closet, they will be releasing on January 1st at select ASICS retailers for $140 USD.
