adidas Honors The ZX 8000 “Aqua” With The LXCON Retro

With the ZX8000 coming back in a big way — as was revealed just earlier today — it seems the roll-out doesn’t stop with just remakes, rather, adidas is throwing alongside quite a few homage creations with one of the first taking up canvas on the LXCON 94, the past revival whose releases have started to pick up after quite the long lull prior. Colored in with the same tones the aforementioned silhouette became notable for, the upper breaths with aqua blues, dressing up the smooth leather overlays, of which there are many, as well as the mesh toe box and profile base; laid out just along, three stripes of neon green arch above, leading downwards to paneling of the same tone as well as much more pronounced components of a sultry purple — seen here in a fabrication distinct from its inspiration’s preferred suede element. Grab a detailed look at these right here and find them releasing at the beginnings of the new year on January 1st likely at adidas.com and select retailers.
