Despite seemingly having its plate full with the upcoming Chinese New Year 2020 celebrations, Nike hasn’t missed a beat when it comes to releasing compelling mainstay products – perhaps best demonstrated by this “Pistachio Frost” outfit on the Air Max 98. Almost an inverse of the ’98 silhouette’s “Vast Grey” color scheme, this iteration sports the off-green hue across its uppers and outsoles. Sandwiched in between, white overlays sit above black mudguards and combine with other details – branding, eyestays, heel tab – to round out the the fresh tones. Full-length Max Air cushioning below doesn’t get invited to the color party as the unit sits close to the ground in foggy grey.
