With small short films on its creation and a wealth of anecdotes circulating about the heyday of the runner craze — during which the model reigned supreme — it’s slowly paving a way of its own much like the revived Kayano 5. Now dressed in an almost full black upper, the pair keeps things relatively quiet; suede and more textural mesh outfit the entire kit in hits of the dark shade, with the distinct materials contrasting visually by way of their individual textures. Tiger Stripe logos at the side outline bold in white, matching that of the midsole, while the usual branded assortment at the heel and eye stays color with neon trough a bright lime and blue, respectively.
