The adidas 4D Run, after unveiling itself at the top of the year with two initial launch colorways featuring coral-focused accents, is helping the German sportswear juggernaut close out the month of January by building upon its newfound catalog. In partnership with long-time collaborator Parley, The Three Stripes Brand has crafted the lattice-midsoled model with Parley Ocean Plastic® as part of a mutual mission to end plastic waste. Arriving just before the highly anticipated Super Bowl LIV, this eco-friendly iteration of the 4D Run pays homage to the event’s host-city of Miami. Uppers are left untouched in an angelic white arrangement, which makes way for the SoFlo hues to step in at the heel mold and tongue branding in all its respective “Blue Spirit” and orange glory. Furthermore, the insoles are remixed as they swap out their traditional “4D” logo with a “Nutrition Facts”-like label that integrates “ingredients” – like “Speed” – that speak to the silhouette’s performance capabilities.
