With release details for the Air Jordan 6 DMP up in the air until recently, there’s been a “Black/Metallic Gold” void begging to be filled. Soon joining a recent Air Max 270 React and Jordan 6 Rings is the Jordan Dub Zero.
Faithfully commemorating the Defining Moments Pack from 2006, the laser-etched hybrid silhouette calls out the Jordan 6 and Jordan 11 in both colorway and design. Black patent leather lines the sidewalls’ bottom-halves, sandwiches between “White” details of the Air Jordan franchise and champagne-colored midsole tooling. More “Metallic Gold” accents aren’t visible from initial images, but branding on the tongue, heel and outsole, which has historically offered contrast, falls in-line with this Dub Zero’s mostly yin-and-yang arrangement. Elsewhere, protruding heel tabs and Jordan 4 midsoles follow suit, but the latter’s Air unit interrupts the color trifecta in its transparent finish.
Take a quick look at this Dub Zero here below and anticipate pairs dropping quietly on Nike.com in the coming weeks for $150 USD.
In modern Jumpman footwear news, the Bayou Boys Jordans worn by Zion Williamson in his NBA debut are dropping March 13th.
