Where To Buy The Nike Space Hippie 04 “Crimson”

Though the last in the collection’s current line-up, the Nike Space Hippie 04 is the most lightweight silhouette among the entire range, and while it forgoes the convenient FlyEase system, it makes up for what it lacks with a much lower carbon footprint. Space Waste Yarn constructs the upper in lieu of the brand’s more signature Flyknit, meaning recycled polyester — a fabric composed of plastic bottles, t-shirts, yarn scraps, etc — weaves with apparent though still subtle imperfections. This rings true for the sole much more aggressively as the Nike Grind process bares the remnants of production waste all throughout its grey-tinged backdrop. Complementing shades color upwards with bright white heel pulls and laces, while the swoosh at the side embroiders intricately in a bold Crimson. Grab a detailed look at these here and expect a release to arrive at Nike.com on June 11th.

In other news, the Flint Jordan 13s drop this weekend.
