Last year, rising professional skater Alexis Sablone got her feet wet in the world of collaborative footwear when she applied her own personal taste to the Converse One Star. With intentions to build off this initial project, Sablone and her Converse family had plans of extending their footwear relationship even further this Summer to coincide with the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, especially because it was going to be the first year that skateboarding was going to be included in the competition. Rather than scrap their ideas, the two parties have decided to still proceed along with their rollout as they have just announced the newest CONS collection entitled “Designed by Alexis”.

Throughout this quarantine period, Sablone has picked up a new affinity for creative direction and design, and as a result utilized her newfound skills to reimagine three of her favorite silhouettes. Included in the collection will be her own Louie Lopez Pro dyed with sunflower yellow uppers reminiscent of one of Tyler, The Creator’s Golf le Fluers, a triple black Jack Purcell Mid, and an all white One Star. Grab a closer look at each take here below, and find them dropping on Converse.com in the coming weeks.
