Streetwear label Stray Rats, whose New Balance 827 started Summer on good footing, has already prepared a collection grander in scale for a sudden Fall release. Made in collaboration with Vans Vault, the capsule ushers in two stripe-less Old Skools as well as a matching Era all campaigned together through playful animation by Nathalie Nguyen as well as ambient photography by Aijani Payne.

Branded along the heel with boldface text, the duo of Old Skools delivers an aesthetic on-theme for Stray Rats. Multicolor animal print dresses the mid-panel of both, hued in palettes of either bright red and purple or a somewhat more subtle arrangement of green and navy. The latter pairs the print with smooth hits of brown suede, setting itself apart from the seemingly distressed blacks of its complement. Vibrant logo tabs wrap the heel of blacked out midsoles, a treatment that is shared by the accompanying Era. In slight departure, though, the low profile silhouette opts for a louder two-toned colorway that coats its heel wrap and toe box in blue cheetah while the profile bears an almost velvet-like red.

Grab a detailed look at the entire upcoming roster here and expect to find them available at strayrats.com via raffle come August 14th.

In other news, a Shaniqwa Jarvis Chuck Taylor is also on the way for later this month.
