Elliot Santiago Lately, the Nike Sportswear team has toured through ample forms of decorative methods for their Air Max 95 such as recycled canvas, furry overlays, and even Najia-inspired graphics. And with the several months left to go of its 25th anniversary run there’s certainly no doubt that we’ll see more adventurous motifs, but its newest “Hyper Red” take to arrive on the scene is one of more modest furnishings.
Made specially for kids, this new Recraft colorway is engineered with synthetic leather and textiles designed to mimic that of the model’s OG build. While dominated by a set of neutral “Grey Fog” and white synthetic leathers and textiles, its the titular accents here that carry most of the load. Vibrant red hits attract most of the attention through various areas such as the lower overlays, liners, outsoles, and throat.
