Official Images Of The Nike Air Max 2090 “Olympic”

Although the Tokyo Olympics have been postponed, NIKE, Inc has proceeded with some of its original plans for the global event. Ostensibly among them has been the Hidden Message Pack, which includes the Nike Air Max 2090.

While touted as an unrelated concept capsule, the three-pair-collection dons a color palette strikingly familiar to the Air Force 1 Olympic from 2004, which also joins the Air Max silhouette. The shoe’s predominantly “Black” upper sets the stage for a handful of vibrant accents reminiscent of the Olympics’ rings. Previous pairs of the Swoosh’s “current shoe of the future” have indulged in starkly-contrasted, multi-colored arrangements before, but none have featured hidden, tear-away mudguards. Shimmering hues lie beneath the sidewall overlays, delivering even more flair to the already eye-catching option.

An official release date is still unknown, but this Air Max 2090 is likely to hit Nike.com by the holiday season. Until then, enjoy official images of the pair here below.
