For the upcoming months, Nike’s got several colorways of the beloved Air Max Plus lined up to hit the market. Some are collaborations with popular streetwear imprint Supreme, while others appear to be influenced by that of comic book heroes such as Deadpool and Gotham’s very own Batman. As opposed to playing with louder gradients as the Sean McDowell-designed silhouette is known to do, the Swoosh design team has instead made the decision to dress up its mudguards/heel overlays with repeating patterns.
If you zoom in on these regions, you’ll notice that a tonal, almost link-like pattern of “Nike” wording is present in all-over fashion. For the rest of the real estate, the iteration is largely done up with simple black uppers/cushioning exteriors, while regal hits of metallic gold latch onto the Swooshes, midsole plates, and set of horizontal lines that run the length of the throat and into the toe box. Peep an up-close look here, and find these hitting Nike.com and select retailers in the coming weeks.
For other news, official images of the fragment Jordan Delta SP have emerged.
