Stadium Goods Announces Details On New Chicago Location

Since 2015, Stadium Goods has elevated the sneaker and streetwear retail experience both online and in-person at its lone New York City location. On Thursday, October 1st, however, the premier marketplace is opening the doors to its second brick-and-mortar outpost in Chicago.

Located at 60 East Walton Street, Stadium Goods’ newest location brings decades of experience in sneakers and streetwear to the Windy City’s high-end “Magnificent Mile” shopping district. The two-level store spans 6,000 square feet, with the second floor serving as a gallery space to display its unrivaled collections. Although the brand currently carries the Air Jordan line – as well as highly-coveted items from Virgil Abloh and Kanye West – at its Manhattan retail space, these items will be closer to home at 60 Walton Street.

“Chicago has an incredible sneaker culture in its own right,” said John McPheters, co-founder and co-CEO of Stadium Goods. “Stadium Goods is built on a foundation of culture and community, and being a part of the Chicago community was a huge draw.”

Ahead of Stadium Goods’ Chicago retail opening, its intake center, located at 1719 North Damen Avenue, will open for business on Monday, September 21st.
