The Nike Air Max 2090 Gets A “Bred” Gradient

The Nike Air Max 2090 Gets A “Bred” Gradient

While arguably trumped by some of its Nike ISPA counterparts in the “futuristic” department, the Nike Air Max 2090 continues to emerge in arrangements perfect for its title year. The latest example arrives in the form of a “Bred” (black/red) gradient.

“University Red” takes over much of the Air Max 90-inspired silhouette, but “Black” profile branding, tongues, heel areas, and other accents keep the pair from being tonal. As with some of the most iconic Jordans of all-time, the two-tone color scheme on the forthcoming release delivers a bold, yet versatile aesthetic. Underfoot, Air Max units are the only component to indulge in an alternative to the scarlet tone. Molded enclosures, foam midsoles, and outsoles all opt in for more bold, “University Red” flair.

Elsewhere under the Swoosh umbrella, the Air Force 1 has recently surfaced with patterns similar to Spike Lee-inspired Air Raid Urban Jungle Gym.
