Elliot Santiago After putting his creative touch on another variation of the Air Jordan 5 that’s set to close out the month of October, Virgil Abloh is shifting his focus back over to the Nike company to increase his output of collaborative running kicks. The next silhouette that he has his eye on is the innovative Nike Air Zoom Tempo NEXT%, and after photos of the Off-White collaboration’s black/green colorway surfaced just a few days ago, another makeup is now joining in its company.
Much louder in complexion, this latest take to emerge is replete with flashy accents of purple, pink, and orange, all interwoven along the lateral side of its upper, the former of which covers the most ground. Additional splashes of pink are seen through the Swooshes which have been sized up in girth, the medial side knitted walls, and the midsoles. Furthermore, the Zoom pod that is exposed through the forefoot adds a striking hit of volt green, while stark black contrasts land on the tongues and spiked outsoles.
