Jovani Hernandez Tyler “Ninja” Blevins’ first collaboration with adidas sold out near-instantly when it launched on December 31st, 2019. Since then, the online gaming personality has modeled MLS jerseys for the Three Stripes, returned to Twitch and accomplished a handful of other notable accolades, but his “Time In” line hasn’t found its rhythm. That, however, may change soon as Ninja’s ZX 2K BOOST collaboration is finally prepped to release starting on December 5th.
First teased back in August, the non-Nite Jogger proposition had originally been slated to launch in November. Most North American retailers have since removed the BOOST-cushioned joint-effort from their release date pages, but several outposts overseas currently have four colorways of the silhouette scheduled to launch on either December 5th or 6th. Whenever the pairs drop, enthusiasts will be treated to familiar, but refreshing models in color schemes ranging from the “Blue” synonymous with Ninja’s brand to “Footwear White” and greyscale palettes complemented by yellow and pink accents. adidas’ widely-celebrated cushioning keeps things simple across every pair. And while no sneaker features the abundant co-branding of the partnership’s first project, “Time In” text on the tongue nod to Blevins’ promising line with the German sportswear behemoth.
